The Raid

     In previous post, we told about an Indonesian Movie which got a good achievement. Now we are going to share about one of Indonesian Movie, as we knew the title is The Raid and this film got a good respond of people in many countries.

      The Raid is Indonesian Arts Action film written by Gareth Evans and starring Iko Uwais. This film is telling about one group of police consist of 20 people who try to catch the dangerous murderers, killers, and gangsters in one of the cities in Jakarta. Unfortunately, when those police arrive on sixth floor the alarm rang and those police felt surprised. In the other floor, the boss of this gangster try to announce to the whole floor that he will grant sanctuary to those for who killed the team of police. But in the end of this film, only 3 police can survive till the end of that war. 

       This film not only have a good actors but also this film success to get an achievement, for example an American wants to remake this film, and the deal was completed in November 2011 with writer-director Garret Evans. The raid also got many awards, such as, Midnight Madness Award, Best Foreign Language, and Best Film and Audio Award.
